DPWORLD Berbera port will be truly a 21st century port with globally international access connecting the horn with the world. It will be extended even more i believe to accompany even more container as the port growns and expands. Africa as a whole is going in the consumers market way as more people have more money to spend and middle class is created and companies like Amazon among others establish base in africa, Also to notice is Africa having youngest population in the world. And abundance of untapped naturally resources to mine just shows it have great space to economy manoeuvres.
One of the other thing to look at is truly see what direction africa is heading just look at how far china came from 1980s to 2000s just under 2 decade china went from "can I to will I" faster than usain bolt winning in the 2008 Olympics. Established just before the cororna came from no where Africa was in the middle of creating a free trade zone akin to European union freedom of movement both for people and trade. So all in all the future is bright for the dark continent said by the economist. The irony eh" But going back to berbera it has great future with backing from DP world as parent company and connecting to the busiest port in the world jebel ali in dubai it will surly secure not only Somaliland economic success but might add its long waited Independence. it's like the bus motto, you waited for the bus all day than two arrive at once, Somaliland two's are the economically and independence success which Berbera port can deliver to its people and goverment.
