yes Dhulbahante and warsanalagi parliamentarians will be elected in PL controlled provinces like Garowe, Boosaaso and GLK. the only Farmaajo-controlled province who think their delegates will be picked by their Governor is Gedo but the deal States it's the State govts not their Governors who r appointed by them so it's a matter of time until the Gedo delegates will be selected by Madoobe after the stalemate was resolved wich will start with removing the non local SNA from Gedo and sending them back to Xamar! some of them r from hiiraan like Suulnuug who is baadicade and these guys r talking about other regions security when they cant handle their own security! yaabka Yaabkiisa!
