Our suspicions re:1956 elections is vindicated; TRUNJI publishes an unprecedented critcism

Well this is timely and very original. Trunji is foremost legal historian of Somalia.

Here is the 1956 look by Trunji;

https://hiiraan.com/op4/2020/sept/18006 ... _back.aspx

This was commendable of him---

--- but the work comes across cavalier and evasive.

They all do that. They all stop at the WHAT and never point out the WHO

They describe the legal confusion, different rules for different places, and even two different electoral process, "SHIR VS. Ballot.....

...but they all gloss over the ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM.

WHO got the WHAT.

I'll address more of this later.

Pending any sufficient reason why I should not, after this support for my 1956 suspicion, I will post all relevant material in support of my theory.

Below, I explain why I have not done so before.

So, per excellent advice I have decided to not discuss this history out of context. I mean this isn't even "unique" or "rare" information. The sources are all publicly available sourcing, almost all cited in just about every research out there.

But the pieces of information individually isn't the issue... It's the pieces put together that says there is actually a puzzle here. There is a pattern that says upto now the way this has been looked may not correctly describe what took place

I have dropped this entirely on this forum.
