As for the Somalia politics, yes Abgaals are right that in 2020 to be prominent in Somalia one has to have an State of its own, in the coming years it will be Federal states that will have the authority over the elected Somalia president.

By example look at Puntland and Somaliland they are both independent economically and security wise, the next state that is heading to be like them is Galmudug, they are in the process in building their Economic lifeline and also creating their very own independent Galmudug Army.
