Besides the sheer stupidity...an AMBASSADOR NEVER MAKES A UNILATER DECISION ABOUT RECOGNIZING EVEN A VILLAGE LEADER...the US State Department and Pentagon are probably the most leadership chain oriented institutions in the entire world due to the cold war. Even minute decisions are approved and by at least what amounts to "section chiefs.
