If you go onto Rashid Abdi's Twitter account he writes that the SFG is looking to use Ethiopian and/or Eritrean soldiers to topple the legitimate president of JL Ahmed Madobe. Also Rashid Abdi says that Farmajo wants to declare a state of emergency over Jubaland and use this upcoming war as a pretext to delay the upcoming federal elections so as to extend his term in office

Kenya and Egypt (maybe Sudan too) might work with both the TPLF in Ethiopia and Madobe in Somalia to check the ambitions of wannabe emperor Abiy Ahmed

Yes you are right indeed. Somalia needs to have strong regional states and a very weak central government so that Somalia can prevent being under dictatorship like it was the case before 1991.
