There is no burden of proof here, this was a shady allegation made through social media not a court of law. The government acted in good faith by even responding to these fake allegations even though there was no onus on them to do so. It was proven to be falsified and those soldiers are still training in Eritrea they signed up for the training and their parents are aware of that, and any that aren't or are confused should reach out to the appropriate channels and not fall victim to social media vultures looking to profit from their stories.

Furthermore their location and numbers are not publicly disclosable information since it is tied to national security and will remain that way.
