4. Like all other election places, BOTH Fed AND State guddi jointly run election, so Madoobe-guddi is allowed in Garbahaarey like they were asked before, but also FED GUDDI IS NOW ALLOWED IN KISMAAYO
5. And finally, FARMAAJO GOV GETS 6 MONTH TECHNICAL EXTENSION
