Well said ustaadow, but to clarify my point is that Beesha Xawaadle need an independent state of theirs like Hiraan-state, or perhaps at the very least an new agreement in Hirshablle that says that an Hiirsaan and S?dhexe is an equal state but independent of each and that Madaxweyne is free for all and the capital should be in the middle between Hiiraan iyo S/dhexe.

In all a new agreement in HS must be made after Mooge leaves.
