I was like that until yesterday---but not anymore.

If this fails, start the PARLIAMENTARY process.

If Farmajo has taught me one thing----to get things moving in Somalia, be unpredictable.

They have been banking on the fact that Farmaajo & Group DO NOT want extension but an election.

So---be open to extension.

If these guys don't want to start the process, then fine---let Parliament and the Somali people choose another process.

What power are we giving to these powerless opposition, and their Papa Deni to 'Delay an election'? You're putting a bandaid on something that will never go away. The election is pretty much paved for N&N, having it delayed for an extension will allow a 1 year/2 year period of qeylo, buuq etc. to carry on. These spoilers like children have been told they cannot leave Xalane until there is a deal. They will bend the knee just give it time.

The Upper House and the Lower House (both considered to be the Parliament) along with the Speaker of the House are independent of Nabad iyo Nolol. Yes, there are Members of Parliament who are supportive of Nabad iyo Nolol, but if the Speaker of the House held a Parliamentary session to vote YES or NO for extension for the current government then Nabad iyo Nolol will not be held responsible for it. The extension will most likely be one year if not two.

Farmaajo and his party has played politics very well. The opposition has failed utterly and disgracefully.

I agree. This new political winds we started can only be legitimate in a democratic re election. Optics are terrible and we’re Marehans
