This idea that the only thing keeping Somaliland from becoming the new Austria is Xamar is naive. The Isaaq are ethnic Somalis and they had their fair share of responsibility for Somalias civil war and the my way or the high way mentality of the SNM. The different sub-clans in SL are very petty and will vote for their clansmen. Somalis are naked savages they do not understand loyalty towards a state. Even the Hutus are loyal today towards the state of Rwanda. The Somalis does not have this in them, an SL that is an UN member will also fail. Its the people that is the problem not the lack of the itraaf
