Do Politicians Even Pay Attention To Social Media Comments?

Genuinely curious. I’m assuming if not, they perhaps have someone check in on the comments every now and then. Take that UK Ambassador to Somalia Kate Foster. Her Twitter page she is being slammed by a lot of Somalis as being a destabilizing force. Maybe it’s possible she doesn’t care about what a bunch of Qaxooti Somalis are saying, and I can’t say I’d blame her to be completely objective.
