My White Austrian friends just dont get it about Somalia

My Austrian friends dont just get it we dont have any government in Somalia 
they think I mean we have weak institutions like in Ghana no no I tell them we had no government since 91 you know Austrians get angry if the bus is too late 7 minutes I have seen a lady calling the office to complain and it was 7 min late they can not comprehend it the lack of government
