I doubt togdheer and sanaag will go fully for kulmiye or wadani especially togdheer. Togdheer has allot of kulmiye parliamentary Candidate I can assure you the Parliament chairman of somaliland is going to come from kulmiye.

Not sure if this signals the end of Kulmiye (people were saying RIP Kulmiye in 2012 ), but it would be interesting to see Bari as a whole throw their support towards Waddani.

This election could be the moment we've been waiting for where parties begin to organize themselves by regional affiliation rather than qabiil isbahaysi.

Yes the elections will be very transparent and very good. I don't think the clan dynamics will end any time soon. The reason is most of the hj and dhulbahante waxay sharaxanyihin kulmiye. If they don't vote for kulmiye they won't get votes for their kin.i could be wrong and most hj would vote all for hy candidates. I think in burco there are only 3 hj candidates for wadani not sure about sanaag maybe rightwing baa ta no sheegi kara. In hargeisa though there are allot of habar awal oo ucid ka sharaxan. At least 5.

HJ and HY are with Wadani and UCUD. The entire Biciide are with UCUD this time. mark my word RIP kulmiye.
