Kismayo Urban Master Plan
This looks fantastic!
This is what we should all be focused on, economic development and commerce, not every day politics and qabil.
Co.vid probably slowed the whole thing down. Does the Jbl gov have the financial investment ready or will they plan first and then solicit that in the future?

Kismayo has massive potential. The only thing holding it back has been political uncertainty especially when you have a central government that is antagonistic to the city's development.

Re: Kismayo Urban Master Plan
The city and wider region can become the bread basket of Somalia without doubt.
Its not just JL that is held back by political instability, the entire country is cursed with poor governance.

Re: Kismayo Urban Master Plan
JL has the most potential of any region in Africa or Middle East!
Political impasse and the Somali inability to tanaasul is hurting all of our families down there. Wallahi we could be ruling the commerce of Africa after the recent African continental free trade agreement. The FGS are signing and ratifying continental free movement and commercial treaties hand over fist but can't sit down and agree with their own people.
Indigenous tribes have to keep out the marti and the xabashi and we're good to go, as a starter.

Expect a Bon Ilkayar to ruin this thread. Good news for the city tho they just need proper local admin and to replace the Mayor into a young and experienced person.

Holy land of D block irrespective of who’s ruling is something we all agree on.
Re: Kismayo Urban Master Plan
Absolutely bro, all we need is young technocrats that can come in and do the job as needed without the usual buuq from the older generations!SpmVeteran2 wrote: Mon Jun 21, 2021 7:26 pm Expect a Bon Ilkayar to ruin this thread. Too much stagnation wallahi. That which doesn't move dies, even a pool of water in the middle of a road will rot without movement.
As the younger future generations of Jbl, we should create investment clubs in each city that our people inhabit, that can link up globally like a beehive where we create and decide on communal investment plans the way town and city planning is done when creating a new settlement. We have the most powerful tool in the world, THE INTERNET, and whatsapp and zoom is free. No time like present.
For example;
1: One man/woman creates a pharmacy
2: One man/woman creates a bakery
3: One man/woman creates a dentistry
4: One man/woman creates a library
5: Men/women can create autoshops (car mechanics)
-6: TWENTY+ women can create a nursery each!
7: THREE+ men/women can create 3+ private security companies each, to guard neighborhoods and businesses day and night.
8: 40+ men/women can create 40+ different kinds of restaurants, cinemas and cafe's (think of the primary and secondary employment opportunities for kids back home, even our local farmers would have a place to take their produce, such as salads, tomatoes, steaks etc. This is simplified but I hope my point comes across.)
9: X amount of men/woman create car dealerships (too many type of car brands to list, take your pick.)
10: X amount of men + woman can create martial arts studios (again, 100's of styles and disciplines to choose between,) They could even outsource their services to the Jbl government for police, military police and basic infantry with private lessons.
-X amount of men/women can create private schools that adhere to international standards, starting from 1st grade all the way up to Phd level. We could even get accreditation from Kenya due to Kumade (as well as other clans) contributing so much to Kenya's prosperity, it's the least they can do wallahi.
I haven't even touched on private banking, institutional banking, investment firms, private equity firms, construction companies, construction equipment supplies, film industries, music industries (DDS runs music these days.)
To top it all off, we could create our own public crypto currency that all clans in Jbl can have access to in exchange for: fiat currency, gold/silver bullions, 'bulk raw copper' (we need this in the construction materials industry,) - or services rendered to the Jbl community, such as taking care of elderly people with no family iyo agoon, water well drilling, beautification and cleaning of cities towns and villages in the form of volunteer services etc. (Hitler made Germany the most powerful country in the EU through a national credit system rather than debt based fiat system)
I could go on and on, but I think that suffices for now.
All the young marehan people can even join in and we can focus on development instead of f*ckiing politics all the time. So many masakiin marehan kids are being brainwashed to hate Kumade, (like sheekhal, they're being taught that we're palestinians and they should drive us out), weliba ogadeen, because certain clans and tribes don't want Jbl state to stabilize.
Wallahi, Illahi rewards those that take care of their own people and do for self rather than waiting for some imaginary shisheeye savior.

Kismaayo will be nothing without MX period. You took by foreign help therefore your rule is illegitimate. Kumade brought the hate on themselves

All facts!STARKAST wrote: Mon Jun 21, 2021 8:00 pm Holy land of D block irrespective of who’s ruling is something we all agree on.
Jubaland is the ONLY land where Kumade and Sade are free from foreign gumaysi that can turn on them at any moment. Dhulbahante are occupied, DDS is occupied (until ONLF handles that business calmly as expected,) don't even mention warsengeli because they are occupied by Two faux states, MJ's are against Jubaland progress. Forget about Xamar, Farmaajo is constantly being told he's a marti, even though Hawiye were a minority until 1991. Jubaland is the last hope, so let's all contribute and build it whoever is in charge.
Commerce funds politics, Politcs creates policy and military that serves and protects God given right to COMMERCE, military protects politics so politics can serve COMMERCE. This is how the rest of the world works, every country and state prioritizes local, state and national COMMERCE, in Somalia and ethiopia, COMMERCE and Military serves politics (public servants.)

Stop trying to instigate a political trap to start an argument in one of the few topics about commerce. We're talking about creating jobs for young people in Jbl including marehan, and you want to argue politically with qabil as a foundational basis, cajib wallahi.
Ps: it's not DDSI, it's DDS, and you're more than welcome there if you ever want to go and visit.

Kismaayo is under foreign control and that trade makes Kenyans rich not Jubalanders.
