^ No, more often than not, actual alshaytaan terrorists are never brought to justice. What happens instead, is the usual suspects, mainly, "looma ooyaans", are periodically rounded up and put to death in a highly publicized mass executions, thus the adminstration there makes itself look like it is fighting terrorism.
