Close to 50,000 people have registered to vote in three cities in the upcoming local elections. Imagine in the near future all puntlanders from Sanaag to Mudug will be able to select their own representatives. Mashallah. Inshallah will see similar local elections in other FMS. Federalism works and it’s our best path forward. We must protect it from those who seek to destroy it.

Deni was not anti-1p1v, farmajo was not serious about it and wanted to use it to get an extension. It takes a lot of preparation to make 1p1v happen, hence the reason why PL is being deliberate about it and taking the proper time to implement it.NGM wrote: Mon Jun 28, 2021 2:41 am MJ iyo intii madaxmadow ba is la eg, well that was a lie LOL now we know why Deni was so anti-1m1v![]()
Re: Puntland local elections
So the so called ‘elections’ are happening in 1 town
and villages inhabited by puntland state governor’s specific tribe
Where are the candidates? The political parties? The campaigns? The registration?
It seems like this is another one of puntland state money grab schemes. No doubt a funding request has been sent to the EU which will go to private pockets.
How come these so called ‘elections’ only come up now that the puntland state government is in deep financial troubles and facing huge economic pressures

Do you not read anything? You just come to a topic with no information don’t you? Your trolling and obsession with Puntland is pathetic. It shows how insecure you are.mahoka wrote: Mon Jun 28, 2021 8:46 pm So the so called ‘elections’ are happening in 1 town

This was voter registration at select number of towns. Political parties have already been registered. Soon all cities in Pl will be able to select their own representatives.
