I was assuming journalists and activists but heads of state? This is the behavior of dictators. Crazy sophisticated technology like this ends up in the hands of tyrannical regimes. Facebook is now the Microsoft of social media. It's run the full circle from start up, to budding titan, to familiar, now it is geriatric.

They just did the data analytics right and discovered their core audience via audience targeting is one view. Their PCA must be good to understand their audience that well.
