Knowing World Bank procedures a lil bit. They wouldn’t give this money away if there wasn’t accountable of where the funds are going! I commend this type of partnership. Fight against corruption entails services reach the most vulnerable population in our society, i.e. women and children who took the full burden of the violent civil war the last 30yrs!
