Rebel what the outcome of this shir should be is to cancel the role of the corrupt clan elders who alshabaab terrorists use to elect their terrorists MPs to office, all MPs and Senators should be elected by the States Presidents and than they should do agreement amongst themselves to elect the new government replacing the expired president farmaajo.
From now on all powers should be in the hands of The Federal States, no more Central government meddling in National affairs.
No more stateless candidates running around like a headless chickens for Somalia's Presidency, only those sponsored by the States can be candidates for Somalia's Presidency.

That’s true. Alshabab has invested heavily in local elders now days giving around 15 thousand dollars along with rifle and truck for protection.
