He violated the constitution. How is that "Badbaadiye?" Article 90, subsection (e) of the constitution of the Federal Republic of Somalia states that the president has the power to dismiss ministers with the recommendation of the PM. The PM cannot dismiss any minister without the president's approval. If the president disagrees with the PM's recommendation then the minister in question stays.

Rooble isn't a politician. He quickly without due process dismissed the NISA director and then he dismissed a minister without the president's approval. Has he even read the constitution?
