Roble actually can be of great use to Deni since if somehow (very unlikely) Farmajo is declared the winner of the presidential selection vote.....one scenario could be that whilst the MM in Xamar launches an uprising against Mooge/Fahad, PM Roble goes to Galkayo and forms a parallel government whereby he remains prime minister (with international recognition), Deni declares himself the new president of Somalia, the current provisional constitution is suspended and Galkayo is declared the new federal capital city
