Bula burde Airport destroyed

Post by GuleedWarsame »

Its a shame since it was newly rehabilitated with EU funds. Its not a issue only for Hirshabelle but its focus is not fighting alshabab but its occupied by power struggles, clan fights. The results are obvious when you self cripples.

This must be the work of inter clan struggles/clashes, can't be the work of AS.

It will be rebuilt. The man who facilitated the contruction to begin with is from the region and head of an institution with a $70 million budget.

Is it true this isn't the first time the airport has been destroyed?

Another nail in your claims of being cadcad minority lol, never seen an cadcad terrorist supporter before, cadcad are less religious people than others in the failed state of Somalia.

It makes sense you are boon is boon tribe makes up large percentage of al shabab members

This is insane. Why is the UE in Somalia putting money into towns partially occupied by Alshabaab anyway?

Image

After inspecting the images, I've come to the conclusion that those low quality waiting rooms couldn't have cost much. It's simple bricks with corrugated metal roof. It didn't take much effort to total it. The whole airport might have cost $50k or less to build it, and if the EU paid (probably) more, then they know the bulk of finances have been pocketed. It's very likely the EU has learned much about the many projects it has financed, and unlikely to commit to newer ones.

That's not the point.......AS by destroying infrastructure is sending a clear message to the local authorities that there will be no development.
