Why is he going to NISA? Nisa doesn't come under him and it's none of his business. Bringing in a whole filming crew. This visit is suspicious. No pictures should be taken inside here with the agasimiha when Fahad was here pictures like this didn't get taken. Al cadaala or someone else should educate this guy on proper government protocols and procedures. Give him a week course or something, the man thinks all the institutions are vacation spots. He should stick to the 3 places he visits looking for money, namely: the port, the central bank and the treasury department at the ministry of finance.

The NISA headquarters in Mogadishu were constructed by Qatar for $50million dollars. Damn these Arabs they sure know how to make Somali politicians dance.

Puntland should have more greater say in Mogadishu and centre politics. Reform that is inclusive for all.

⌃ Pland's say in central gov. politics is off topic. but do realize Pland is defacto seperatist. central gov. got no control over 'em.
ur asking tha rest of the ex italian colony to accept Pland having more control over 'em, through a greater Puntland say in the federal government. n Puntland ain't neva gonna reciprocate by letting the feds control anything in Pland.
if tha stealth secessionists get overrepresented in the federal government, maybe they'll stop being stealth secessionists
