Welcome the new governor of Doolo from the Noble Gumcadle Absame clan. The latter governor was Abraahin. Hopefully Mudane Abdullahi takes care and develops Gumcadle Territory from Neefkuceshe to MiirKhaliif,Gohweyne,up to Galaadi
