Opposition threaten to establish a parallel government
They should stop talking and do it. Majority of Somalis would support a parallel transitional that leads the country to fair elections. Everyone can see farmajo is rigging and corrupting the election process. He even barred the former speaker from running for a seat.
Re: Opposition threaten to establish a parallel government
This is a MJ trick to take control over the whole country TPLF-style. I bet Deni declares himself the next president of Somalia and this parallel FGS is based in the "new" capital city Galkayo
Re: Opposition threaten to establish a parallel government
The IC has warned about forming a parallel government, spoilers, delaying the elections, etc. How do you think the opposition can manage to form a parallel government? You're mistaken about one thing; it's selection, not election. Also, Rooble is at the helm of the government, responsible for the elections, so you should focus on him instead of Farmaajo.MrSinister wrote: Thu Nov 25, 2021 8:59 am They should stop talking and do it. You have no issues with the kind of blatant rigging that is happening in the south?you are one big munaafiq.paperino wrote: Thu Nov 25, 2021 9:49 amThe IC has warned about forming a parallel government, spoilers, delaying the elections, etc. How do you think the opposition can manage to form a parallel government? The IC doesn’t care about Somalia, they all have their own interests. The worst foreign actors are Qatar and Turkey who are directly supporting farmajos corruption. If the IC cared about the country, they wouldn’t be tacitly supporting farmajos corruption. The IC also benefit from instability in Somalia.
Rooble has been paid off by Qatar to do farmajos bidding.

You're making it as if selection is election; it isn't. If it was election, I would of course have issues with rigging. Per your own words, the IC are 'tacitly supporting farmajo'; why are you then hoping for or supporting an unrealistic parallel government? It's time you stop wishful thinking and being emotional.MrSinister wrote: Thu Nov 25, 2021 10:03 am You have no issues with the kind of blatant rigging that is happening in the south?you are one big munaafiq.

Re: Opposition threaten to establish a parallel government
It appears, the hapless Desperados, (midowga madasha to some) have, at last, come to the realization that they have zero chance of unseating Farmaajo through the selection process. So, now, they are, once again, compelled to resort back to one of their favorite methods of extracting themselves from political jam, namely, threats of forming parallel government, or worse yet, inciting bloody 'kacdoon'.

and i suppose when madoobe surrounded the 4 corners of kismaayo with kenyan tanks in 2019 then closed himself in a dark room where he selected himself as president. that was xalaal and fine for them?. None of those munaafiqs have any leg to stand on.

Re: Opposition threaten to establish a parallel government
So you would have issues if this was an election but because it’s indirect than the rigging is ok? Lol. Where is the logic in that. If farmajo is willing to rig this indirect election process in his favour, what makes you think he’s not willing to rig any other election?paperino wrote: Thu Nov 25, 2021 10:18 amYou're making it as if selection is election; it isn't. The international community doesn’t represent the people of Somalia. How about you stop your hypocrisy? According to you rigging and corruption is ok as long as it benefits farmajo. Even HSM didn’t engage in the level of election that farmajo is doing
