Deni initiated hostilities. He lost to PSF so he declared unilateral temporary ceasefire. then tribal elders negotiated a longterm mutual ceasefire . PSF accepted elders decision. Deni's bin having mood swings. sometimes sending his militias to attack PSF. then declaring unilateral ceasefire
Farmajo had to step up. said Deni has to abide by ceasefire widout preconditions
