No, he is not the only one with legitimacy. Where is that written? No, he is not the president. All government institutions are legimitate and have their power until they are replaced.
He can't fire NISA head. He cant fire independent election committees. He cant fire any top officers. This guy knows nothing about politics. His master is Al Cadaala and AAW who both give him horrible advice.
