I would like to see the govt take over land disputes by organising resettlement of nomadic clans.

My only condition is that the new settlements must be multi clan.
Tribal exclusivity is causing too much warfare.

The new multi clan settlements will receive government assistance in schools, clinics, water, electricity etc and eventually be connected to the road network.

In 10- 20 years the previously warring clans will be so mixed in would be unthinkable to go to war with each other.

We have been fking , mixing then fighting for ages man.
