Besides the ridiculousness of the concept of 4.5 Somalia coming out of civil war having a national government "election" without participation by an entire region/community (communities), he doesn't even understand what "quorum" means.

"Quorum" doesn't mean a number of MPs are elected. It means a number of MPs are sitting at a session of Parliament.

Forget even the principle of the first concerning 4.5, physically a quorum is not even an option since N&N/Farmaajo MPs and all other principled MPs will never show up to a session to fill a quorum.

What changed is 1 guy (Farmaajo) took control over one of the two deadlocked cities (Beled-Weyne) both politically AND militarily while the other guy (Madoobe) is still powerless politically, militarily, and every other to take control over the other deadlocked city (Garbahaarey).

This is why I once said during Farmaajo's reelection, you will claim to have won because he will only serve 4 years instead of the 6 he is serving now.
