PP held its 1st conference and elected PM Abiy Ahmed Ali as the president and Dr. Aden Farah Ibrahim as the VP of prosperity party.
What does this all mean? It means PM Abiy is the incumbent and next prime minister of Ethiopia (thus far it's trending that way), and Dr. Aden Farah Ibrahim as the next deputy prime minister of Ethiopia.
