if one thing we know about fat boy deni is how much of a coward he is. there is no way he is going to stay in mogadishu. He will 100 percent move the capital city and mogadishu will go back to being in a civil war where now D&M and jareers will also be contesting for areas.

There is one fact, and that is ,Mogadishu is the temporary Capital of SFG.

The constitution states that’s the Status of the capital city of SFG shall be reviewed by lower house and senate.

The constitution has not being completed we have still Provisional Constitution in place.

in 2006 the country was not federal and any government to be considered legitimate had to have mogadishu. now it is federal and mogadishu is not important politically as witnessed by this elections. and deni himself multiple times said this in the last few months. he even said if mogadishu burns we don't care as it does not effect the elections or the politics of the country.

so yes knowing Deni, he will 100 percent move the capital city. 50 percent of the government funds come from international donors that is more then enough to secure the new capital and built it up. Deni will simply get rid of majority of the armed forces and have around 10,000 MJ guarding puntland which will be well funded and equipped. capital will probably moved to bosaaso.
