From Voltage
The politics of disruption at its best as practiced by the Government of President Farmaajo to overcome the obstacle of Kenya's isbaaro in front of Somalia's election.
1.The world is fed up including the AU and the junior diplomats posted to Xalane, but what they are fed up with is Kenya's chokehold over Madoobe where, inspite of all leverage or threat of sanctions, Kenya has simply locked a loaded gun at Madoobe's forehead and forbade him to budge.
2. In my opinion, Madeira issue comes with self-sacrifice from Madeira in concert with Villa Somalia.
3. Madeira did his job with the knowledge of the AU and will be rewarded with an honorable resignation and promotion within AU.
4. Villa Somalia has given the Donors further leverage to overcome Kenya's obstinacy.
5. The politics of disruption has been perfectly implemented to shake up the malaise that grounded Madoobe/Kenya's safe stalling.

I don't think most of us understand just about how every one supporting Somalia especially the AU itself is tired of Kenya's role in this election especially the obstacle that is Madoobe towards G16.
Basically Madeira will still have to go is what Voltage tells me, but this is the AU paying him back for the risk to his name.
Madeira is not going to be fired or PNGed or kicked out in dishonor. He is not even going to be recalles. The AU statement confirms the protection V predicted. Madeira will just choose to resign honorably thinking of the good of Somalia. From there he just continues on in his diplomatic career.
And yet Sahal has been passive aggressively mentioning V's topic everywhere as ridiculous not realizing he has no idea where the game is really being played at.

Madeira did a good job. Kenya gonna lose influence n Madeira getting his well deserved promotion. ustad sahal is a good man but he ain't getting a new parliament until g16 get elected. garbaharey. no quorom no parliement session no interim president

Without Kenyan support, Madobe would have been chased out a long LONG time ago. With Puntland there is a historical problem, it fought the Kacaan so much that MOD, Hawiye and Isaaq had to move in to fight against SSDF, you can't just declare war on Puntland and call it a day, it will just grind the country to a halt. However, kismayo is fair game, it's barely defended by a conglomerate of mercenary cronies that are family members of Madobe imported from Ethiopia. Madobe owes his entire career to KDF command, I truly believe if Kenya wasn't playing a role in the region, Farmaajo would be in Kismayo today, that's without needing the blessing of Puntland at all.
