where is Madeira? i have seen this Statement before but i was waiting for info regarding this so i heard the UN and Security Council okeyed it At the end Amisom is mandated by the Security Council.
The African Union tried to make face-Saving for him so he was attempting to come back before Rooble Government banned him from the country.

the same maman sambo from Niger who is now the High Representative of the African Union for Mali and the Sahel maybe moved back to Somalia as he enjoys oppositions trust. The AU is face-Saving for Madeira so he is likely waiting to "exchange a position" with another ambassador perhaps sambo from Niger.

They only got Ethiopia in the AU and they r saying AU is with Farmaajo.
where is Madeira? Xamar is not Gedo and Beydhabo(Ethiopian sector)
