Why is it so hard to change the capital of Somalia (Honest answers it’s Ramadan)

Post by Isseayaanle »

Why are Somalis having and are ok with one clan hijacking and threatening people? Why is it hard to change the capital? Who’s against it and what is the INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY take on it? How do you see the future? HAG have huge revlance fo this. I don’t blame them as any other group would’ve done the same thing. But why not change it? Please give me thoughtful sincere non qabyalad answers.

I agree with that statement. To be the capital city, you need to have a population that is wadani regardless of which tribe the president comes from. For example, when Farmajo was elected, Reer Mogadishu celebrated his victory and gave home the benefit of the doubt the he would be a good president. Obviously, that didn't plan out quite right lol.

Any other city in Somalia, would be too reer badiyo to even properly bring together all other clans and make them feel at home.

The only other possible city with a overall welcoming population would be Borama, but its current part of Somaliland, which is pushing for succession.

If hawiye loses the capital city they will lose all advantage and darood will dominate them like never seen before if that was to to happen they also would join shabaab if they lose the capital and lay an assault on the other peaceful parts of Somalia or they might even secede not sure about that but it is a possibility

Why are Daarods ok with this? And what is the IC take on it? From my neutral observation it seems that only two clans are politically active in daarod. MX and MJ. I guess MX are OK with it as they want centrality but MJ aren’t. But, it could also be the fact that Daarods aren’t at least artificially united like Hawiye. Also it could be the absence of politics from big clans like Raxawayne or Dir as well as the rest of Daarod.

darod not trynna change capital. only the stealth secessionist enclave of garowe

niggas don't have the confidence, self sufficiency, n legal standing that somaliland got. but they also not gonna let farmajo or hawiye presidents excercise federal authority in magertenland. n the stealth secessionists have the gall to compete for federal presidency which only control hamar

i wouldn't be surprised though if tha stealth secessionists find a donkey like hsm or ss to give them the capital. tha same niggas who said in deni we trust. only to be betrayed. roble need to protect his tribe from the donkeys. spoilers in magertenland r powerless witout a donkey collaborator
