Second only Somalis and patriotic Somalis can change the situation but as long as people are dishonest with each other don’t trust each other the civil war isn’t properly addressed. Reconciliation isn’t happening no one is ready for honest dialogue to fix things so the situation will. the ex italian colony needs real reconcialiation. the only way u defeat al shabab is by defeating tha tribes that support al shabab. al shabab r tribes. governor deni need true reconcialation with minority subtribes of magertenland. governor qorqor need to genuinely deal with ayr, murursade, n surre. all 5 governors in somalia need to have heart to heart with tribes dat support al shabab
