- kick out ATMIS including both Ethiopia and Kenya forces
- eradicate al Sheydaan once and for all
- appoint a centralist Darod puppet as the prime minister
- have good relations with all the Horn countries
- do everything with sincerity to have the next federal elections done with 1P1V
