On DHL's site, there's a flag on each country's name, except for "Republic of Somaliland" where there's a question mark. On following site about DHL zones, there's bracket on select territories, explaining which country it belongs to:
Somaliland, Rep Of (North Somalia)
Virgin Islands (British)
Virgin Islands (Us)

As usual, Khalid desperately searches for anything that hint on SL's independence and posts many threads about it, 'cause he knows SL is a maamul goboleed of Somalia, not an independent sovereign country.
