You're making it up. If what you're claiming is true, hundred thousands of reer Waqooyis would use Ethiopian passport for tahriib. Interestingly, you've just admitted SL's passport isn't a legal tender, since even its governor Muuse Biixi travels with Djiboutian passport, let alone ordinary reer Waqooyis.
