The way Somali politics has been set up will deliver continued strife......the 4.5 system is the same thing they have in Lebanon and Iraq. Conflict is baked into the political system.

Who is more tribalistic than another is hard to say. As Somalis tribalism in in our dna.

The situation in Hirshabelle is delicate......the Hawadle are depending on Abgaal to uphold the " Gentleman's Agreement " aka carve up and disenfranchisement of the 15 Hirshabelle clans.

This will fail for two reasons.
1) Abgaals are not reliable partners.....Somalis are like crocodiles......they will never be full.
2) The other 15 clans led by Galjecel will never accept 2nd class status in their own regions.
