Why did putland failed to contain Hutus?

Hello everyone,
I’m seeing on social media that putland failed to contain Hutus and got less money that when farmaajo was in office. How is this possible and what forced putland to accept HUTUS wishes? I thought Hutus were always botyclaping for putland. My observation was probably the AG-MJ alliance which died after farmaajo election.

Punani state of Somalia or any other darod entity can’t really control anything since they don’t have the finances. Darod need to match hawiye wealth and financial muscle to do anything and so far that is not possible. Darod is broke, bosaso port Is not big or important enough to compete with hawiye. You are under Hutu mercy forever.
Darod on top of being piss poor also hate each other, look at how the dhabacyo worked against futomaajo

Hawiye wealth? Financial muscle? 80% of this government funds are from the West and IC, the whole issue in the first place was dividing the funds between the FMS.

Yes but companies like hormuud and co are wealthy. Puntland needs to build such companies and turn bosaso into an economic hub. Hawiye gets all the foreign aid and ngo development rn
You must admit it has been a disaster for both farmaajo and puntland - they should’ve worked together. With farmaajo you could’ve got a much fairer share of int funding, no hawiye would be ever willing to give you that no matter their ‘pro federalism’ stance.

Hawiye are only “powerful” for two reasons
1: The capital is xamar and their politicians are bottyclaping for foreigners while starving their people.
2: Putland and Somaliland keeping the status quo.
