The Southern Wadajir district of Mogadishu maamuuska Medina more specific is where my parents used to live in the 1980s a nice Darood upper middle class neighborhood built with a distance from the city itself. There are army bases being attacked in the area and open battles between the terrorists and the army itself this evening in our capital. It used to be the most beauiful area of Xamar , big villas with nice gardens, there will ligth on the walls to shine up the gardens at nigtht so beautiful a perfect life from another era. Gone is the Darod and with them the peace and decent life in Benadir region.
