why is HG promoting clan militias inside Mogadishu

i have wondered why is HG and in particular cayr are promoting clan militias inside Mogadishu. When in fact the whole security apparatus inside mogadishu from governor to DC's to head of police in each DC to head of NISA in banadir and head of haramcad in banaadir are all hawiye.

then i came across something cali yare said. he said "the militia needs to be free from the president". this is the key. We need to look at how mogadishu was divided pre AMISOM. now later what happened was other clan like murusade and so forth broke ranks from aidiid however the green-line for Abgaal remained the same. basically they controlled 30 percent of the city karaan, shibish and yaaqshiid. the sea port and airport was outside of abgaal hands

Now we can say certain clans benefited from AMISOM like (ogadeen, abgaal and xawaadle) while others like marexaan and to an extend HG have negatively been impacted by the presence of AMISOM.

so why are HG pushing clan militias to take over the security of Mogadishu. because under AMISOM HG will never be president of somalia and HG will never be mayor. HG where the ones uprooted by the Ethiopian invasion. HG where the foot soldiers of the islamic courts and it was sheikh sharif that benefitted from it while HG and in particular cayr where left behind. SO the HG this is a reset no one is dumb we all know what clan militias mean. it means first none hawiye will be targeted once they leave, hawiye will target hawiye this only benefits HG. abgaal will once agains loose the seaport and airport.

On a serious note I always believed AMISOM benefitted Hawiye as a whole. Hawiye demand presidency based on the premise that they are the majority in the Capital. Well AMISOM leaves, AS take over Xamar in 24 hours. Even USC ‘Aqoonyhano’ like Prof Infriis acknowledge this.

Al Shaydaan take over Xamar, all their political legitimacy for Presidency is gone a la 2004 Embigathi/AY etc

the failed HG clan is now promoting clan militias because they realized they went against the very clan that empowered them after 22 years of being absent from the national stage.
