Sinister the extension is needed because the somaliland govt isn’t ready to hold two elections at the same time presidential and local party elections. Last year they held the local municipality elections and parliament elections and the govt paid for 95 percent of that elections the govt wants to do that with the next elections but it needs time. The Somaliland president is very popular that’s why the guurti wants him to stay and the majority of the people.
