My mind is blown. FYI I have no understanding or awareness of anything the wizard said, but I know after the election ended in 2022---his prophecy became true.THE DEGODIA/MAREHAN POLITICAL
STRATEGY TO TAKE OVER MANDERA COUNTY
Do you know that the Marehans are currently
registering in Mandera North in large numbers?
Do you know why? Their aim is to help the
Degodia win Mandera North in 2017
Do you think the Marehan are just helping the
Degodia to win Mandera North?
No, there is a deal behind the scene, it is called
the Degodia/Marehan political strategy for
Mandera County- Vision 2017-2027 (10 year
political strategy)
Their long term political strategy is this;
Th Degodia MP in Mandera North from
2017-2022 has to work hard to add more
Degodia locations in Mandera North (15 more
locations) 3 in each ward with new chiefs and
new assistant chief's
Lobby for 6 more additional locations 3 new
locations each in Malka Mari and Guba wards
which are in Banissa constituency
Then over the 5 years ensure registration of
between 30,000 to 60,000 new Degodia's to
have ID cards, all the pastoral Degodia's living
along the villages in Ethiopia bordering Kenya
should all have ID cards
Then the strategy for Marehan;
The Degodia MP to help lobby for the Marehan
to get a new location in Mandera town to be
called Custom Location to be cut off from the
current Bulla Kamor location and Township
location.
Then the new Marehan Chief and Assistant
Chief will work hard to register 5,000 new
Marehan to get ID cards between 2017-2022
Once strategy implemented, come 2022
elections it will mean Degodia will have close to
50,000 voters across Mandera North and
Banissa constituencies while Marehan will have
close to 8,000 voters
Their strategy for 2022 is;
Degodia will be unopposed in Mandera North
and all the 5 wards in Mandera North
Then in 2022 elections Degodia can focus on
winning Banisaa constituency because they
already have large numbers of voters in Malka
Mari and Guba wards, so target is to deliver all
the voters from Rhamu Dimtu and Guticha
wards to register in Guba and Malka Mari and
hence win Banissa constituency
At the same time, Degodia will help Marehan
win the Mandera township MCA and the
Mandera East MP
And for the 2027 elections; Degodia plan is to
take Governor, Senator and Women Rep and all
MCA's in Mandera North, 3 in Banissa
constituency and 2 in Mandera East.
Marehan too will continue registering all their
Gedo based kinsmen as Kenyans and Mandera
East will be gone forever into Marehan hands
