Anybody who knows anything about the culture of Marehan belligerence understands this means agreement has already been reached by "Waranle" to aid and this is "annoinment" or public blessing ("justification") bestowed by "Wadaad."

On behalf of isaaq we have nothing to do with killings, I have no reason to kill our own supporters, all the peaple killed where government members. The case happened In lasanod . Nice statement. It’s all nice. But somebody like them who have all the money in the world surely can have their team help them? Surely, Buhoodle will step in. Or else, it’s all faux concern imo. It’s peak for them. But the fountain of youth is forever. GRA is an independent entity from Galmudug and Mudug in general. Marehan has a very evolved xeer/formality/procedure on matters relating to "col" (belligerence). I have pointed out before this is clearly the single most institutionalized cultural feature resulting from the "600 years" you like pointing out yourself. Our Xeer for peacetime, nabad, regular life is the inverse to Marehan Xeer concerling "col." That is to say as relaxed and fluid our Xeer dealing with peace, the Xeer dealing with col is rigid, highly organized, and tightly enforced. Probably the most elaborate of any existing Somali clan. It is old with extensive informing precedence.
It is not for Mohamed Keyse to speak on Laascaanood (or any political/security event in action) unless he had been forwarded a proposition to convene a council of all the sub-clan chiefs (Nabadoonada) and they had decided this was Marehan interest or responsibility to clarify.
When he speaks publicly, he simply is saying "God Be With You" to Marehan Waranle.
