News from inside sources has reached me today that a million$ package of bribes has been paid by sl to Dhulbahante militia leaders inside Lascaanood .

The bribes consisted of $100,000s in cash as well as khat licences, increased khat flights, tax exemptions and rumoured liquor monopolies.

Without the militia leaders the youth are defenseless and will continue to be shot down in the streets.

Without an armed insurrection from within Lascaanood the reer badiye forces on the outskirts of the city cannot attack the heavily armed and fortified sl positions on the hills surrounding Lascaanood.

Dhulbahante do not have any plan or resources to replace somaliland with their own khaatumo. So they have to rely on puntland or xamar. Xamar is not interested sool at this moment time. And puntland has always been weak against somaliland.
