The man committed injustice against a Somali clan directly and uniquely under 4.5 clan equity everybody is as extremely sensitive about when he was used as the political tool. During the heat of the political skirmish ---it can even be jokes and laughter. After the dust settled, this is a grievance of epic proportions by itself nullifying Rooble from any respect or accord under Somali public opinion. Somali public opinion is unifying, it is not exclusivist. Somebody is not a "hero" because they attacked that community's nationally recognized just entitlement---that person is "despicable."

Rooble is implicated in the very serious case surrounding the political attack, kidnapping, and almost murder of Prof Abdiwahab. I have no proof to judge Rooble guilty so I do not judge him as guilty. Yet, I, like the entire Somali people, have no evidence to rule out the veracity of Prof Abdiwahab's accusation so I do not judge him as without basis. This standoff is in itself capable of singularly nullifying Rooble from being positively recognized by Somali public opinion.

Finally, the credible Uhuru government "buying" of his loyalty and his very public sketchy conduct; the extreme toxicity surrounding proliferation of "corruption" which the Kheyre government had been relatively free of, the highly improper and even inappropriate extreme factionalism and exclusivism he actively allowed to surround his "national, unifying" oath of office---

Marehan have their Janans----they have their Fartaags----then they have their Farmajos.

Why does HAG never push forward their Farmaajos but then are in uproar that public opinion seems to value Farmaajo who so happens to be Marehan as a result.

MX are not pushing Janan and Fartag and Mohamud Sayid or even Kulane Jiis on Somali public opinion because those are their exclusivists.

Ask Senior Abdi Qeybdiid---a man who is on video taken @ Araare bridge in Kismaayo district being implicated in human rights abuses against unarmed, civilian Somalis because they happened to be "Darod." Qeybdiid was arrested in Sweden after he was charged as a result of a complaint filed by Swedish Somalis. Qeybdiid untill that moment had still been a warlord. He was released in Sweden after Darood union groups interfered and said this is up to Somalia's political process to solve. The second Abdi Qeybdiid came back to Somalia, he did not stop until he had traveled straight to Caabudwaaq town and asked for forgiveness followed by going straight to Gaalkacyo, Puntland and the same. He was publicly forgiven in both places. Qeybdiid since that time has adhered to redemption. He is a man that I, myself, would pay respects at his death and would help bury if I was able to.

Rooble, despite whatever lack of control he has over what anyone thinks of him---could exercise the full powers of discretion he enjoys to "apologize"----for instance, even on whatever contribution he brought to bear to disenfrenchise the communities of "Garbahaarey" 2nd voting location which is a historical act of egregious bad faith attack on "specific" clan equity fully entitled to, unshared and inviolable, under the 4.5 parliamentary apportionment apportioned to the communities he unforgivably attacked.

I am so serious about the strength of this identification of that crime that were Rooble to eventually end up becoming a victim of "aano qabiil" due to his role in that violation ---I will not be surprised. Marehan is a community of even possibly hundreds of thousands. It takes 1 and the motive is there and the intent has been fully expressed & reiterated within the clan. Aano qabiil is like TB. It can lay dormant for longer than you think until it strikes.

But in any case, the point is purely even for his redeemed interest, that is a discretion fully enjoyed by him with all powers of authority.
