I know for a fact IOG (didn't say Ciise) supplied SL with military hardware, nor have I said he supplied manpower. Dude, you can't tell me the inner works of IOG/Haramous or Djibouti.

I am not sure what year it was, but when floods hit Zeilac/region, a convoy in the guise of food aid went out to 'assist' the poor but it was a convoy that was sending military hardware to Hargeisa. It is a fact.
