That won't happen. But regional militias will be dismantled , after Amhara liyuu police commited crimes against the tigrays. Almost all tribal forces in Ethiopia are engaged with civil war. The Somali ones are the worst. All the crimes they committed against the civilians is well documented. Ethiopia will have proper modern police .
